500N Nano Tomography tensile stage
Our new 500N tensile and compression stage for X-Ray CT is available for Nikon, Xradia and GE Pheonix CT systems with loadcells from 50N to 500N.

Deben can now supply a TV chamberscope for your SEM using an internally mounted high resolution camera with infra-red illumination.
