Built on 30 years of backscatter electron detector experience we can supply retro-fit diodes for many SEMs

As well as complete BSE systems we are able to do repairs and supply replacement diodes for many older SEMs at a competitive price. We have an extensive inventory of diodes with hundreds of different designs available.

Some of our most common diodes are shown here, normally we would ask that the holder including broken diode is returned to us, we will then fit and test a new diode into the existing holder before returning, in some cases we can however supply a new holder too.
